Orders are packed within one business day. Standard delivery arrives in 3-7 business days; express in 1-3. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves us.
Returns
Something not right? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as it is unworn with the tags still on.
Start a return by writing to us with your order number. We will send a return label and instructions.
Exchanges
The fastest exchange is a return plus a new order. That way your size is held the moment you place it rather than when the parcel reaches us.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged, send a photo with your order number and we will replace it or refund you, shipping included.
